Alma is a Certified Paralegal majoring in the fields of Medical, Legal, Technical Engineering, and Computer Technologies. Alma was the CEO and founder of Language and Mediation Services in which she provided services as a Certified mediator, Translator, Interpreter, and Transcriber for Federal, State and Municipal Courts as well as other government agencies within the United States and the Republic of Mexico. She graduated from the School of Hospitality from IHG and obtained Certifications as General Manager, Revenue Management and Sales Director. Her most recent accomplishment is her American Staffing Association Certification as Technical Services Certification and Certified Staffing Professional. Alma serves as a Volunteer for the ASA Texas Regional Council.

Efrain Martinez

International Accounting Manager

Efrain brings to BEPC 20 plus years of professional experience in Finance, Information Technology, and Engineering. He’s knowledgeable in all aspects of Mexican labor laws and government regulations. Attains a strong solid background in the analysis and preparation of financial reports and budgets for multinational operating companies.

Efrain received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Autonoma University of Coahuila.

Jorge Bustamante

Account Manager

Jorge manages a Fortune 100 PMO program for BE Pro Technologies, a Division of BEPC Incorporated, with core competencies in large-scale IT Deployments, Consulting and Project Management. In addition, Jorge is responsible for managing multiple projects and teams in the U.S. and abroad for Fortune 500 clients. Jorge also has extensive knowledge in Business Management and Operations with more than 16 years of customer service operational experience in Finance and Banking.

Edrei Mendez

New Business Manager

Edrei Mendez is an New Business Manager at BEPC Mexico. She is a person with a lot of energy, extroverted and loves challenges. Her tenacious attitude is something that contagious the whole team.
Since she was young she had that feeling for social media. Now she has more than 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.Her customer services, innovation and excellent communication skills made her grow within the company. Edrei Relations with our clients had made BEPC kept presence and at the time maintain a direct contact with our consultants.

Ernie booth

Account Manager

Ernie brings to BEPC from Johnson & Johnson over 20 years experience in medical device quality and compliance as well as 6 years experience implementing requirements for combination products (medical devices combined with drugs). He has 9 years experience in tire manufacturing including process engineering, industrial engineering and quality engineering. Ernie brings 27 years experience with the US Navy including service as nuclear power trained submarine officer and finished his service with the US Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command as chief of staff for naval reserve program personnel.

Marco campos

BEPC Mexico Division Director

Marco Campos is our Mexico Division Director, he oversees recruiting, account management, operations and project delivery. Marco has over 12 Years of Experience in the Medical Device Industry, and has led/been part of diverse and multifunctional teams. Marco’s experience includes, large transfer programs, new product introductions (R&D and NPI), process development, engineering, operations and external manufacturing.
Marco is our process expert and his wealth of knowledge in engineering is key to ensure we understand our customers expectations and needs.

Marco enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, reading and watching TV.

Marco Saenz

BEPC Chief Operating Officer

Marco Saenz is the BEPC Chief Operating Officer. He is known for his technological knowledge, and his positive and continuous improvement attitude. He has a strong Manufacturing Background within the Medical Device and Aerospace industries, and has lead diverse projects in both industries. Marco leads the BEPC operations Including Mexico HR, Recruiting, Marketing and new business development functions. Marco’s leadership allowed the BEPC Mexico Division to grow exponentially for the last 4 years. Marco leads several initiatives to support customer and employee engagement including Interactive Data Visual Dashboards thru Business Intelligence, Lead as PM for C&Q Projects, Six Sigma Certifications, PM Training deployments, BE Community initiatives, Documentation Management implementation, Software Development and new systems implementations.
