Oscar Casillas

Oscar Casillas-President/CEO (BEPC Inc.)

Oscar established Business Excellence Professional Consulting in 2005 after working for Johnson and Johnson family of companies for 30 plus years. Oscar is a certified Black Belt Professional with over 30 years of experience working in various Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Biotech Manufacturing operations including Engineering, Packaging, Validations, Project Management and Lean Sigma processes. He provides leadership for all operations and business units that comprise BEPC Inc. including expansion within the US and International markets for Life Science and Information Technology dependent companies.

Marco Saenz-Life Science Division Director (BEPC Inc.)

Marco Saenz is the Life Science Division Director. He is known for his technological knowledge, and his positive and continuous improvement attitude. Marco has a strong Manufacturing Background within the Medical Device and Aerospace industries, and has lead diverse projects in both industries. Marco leads the Life Science Division operations and supports the new business development function.

Marco’s leadership allowed the Life Science Division over 30% growth for 2014.

Marco possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Manufacturing Systems and an American Society of Quality Certification as a Quality Auditor.

Marco is training for a Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certifications. On his down time, Marco enjoys playing board games with his family and researching computer and mobile security software.

Dan Holik-Director of Operations-Specialty Life Science Division (BEPC Inc.)

Dan brings over 30 years of Life Science Industry experience to BEPC and is an exceptional leader when it comes to focusing on the needs of BEPC’s customers as well as adding value to operational needs.

Dan has expertise in:

Dan and his wife Darlene are active in Church, antique and outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy their grandchildren.

Sylvia Martinez-Supplier Quality Audit Coordinator (BEPC Inc.)

As an ASQ Certified Auditor, Sylvia is responsible for conducting both On-Site and Desk Top Audits for Approved Suppliers that are housed throughout the United States. Sylvia also reviews and follows up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Nonconformances (NCs) to ensure compliance with regulations.

Sylvia also has Experienced Leadership in the Medical Device industry. As a Senior Facilitator, Sylvia has led production teams in the Swaging / Winding departments, Overwrap / Packaging department, D-Specials department, Shipping department, and the Needle making department. Sylvia’s past working experience included the responsibility for manufacturing results including efficiencies, safety, quality, credo, training, Kaizens, benchmarking, and the development of the associates in obtaining yellow belt certifications.

Leticia Cruz-Account Manager-Specialty Division (BEPC Inc.)

Leticia joined Business Excellence Professional Consulting in 2015 after working for Johnson and Johnson family of companies for 30 plus years. Leticia is a certified Lean Green Belt Professional with over 30 years of experience working in the Medical Device arena with management/leadership assignments in Operations, Quality, Sterilization, and Projects. As Account Manager, she embraces the opportunity to be the lead contact for all matters specific to BEPC, Inc. customer accounts and continue strengthening business relationships with our clients.

  • 1986 – Bachelor of Arts Angelo State University

Leticia and her husband, Daniel, enjoy hiking, backpacking, and camping with their family.

Ed Frost-IT Division Director (BE Pro Technologies)

Ed directs operations for BE Pro Technologies, a Division of BEPC Incorporated, with core competencies in large-scale IT Deployments, Consulting and Project Management. He is responsible for the development of long-term strategies and for building solid client relationships to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service. Ed manages various projects and teams in the U.S. and abroad for Fortune 500 clients and has extensive knowledge in IT Project Management and Operations. Ed has more than 20 years of customer service operational support in Network, Intel and VMWare platforms. Ed is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

When away from the office, Ed enjoys hunting, fishing, jeeping, camping and all types of outdoor activities.

Agmed Ramirez – Organizational Development Director (BEPC Inc.)

Agmed serves as the Organizational Development Director for BEPC Inc. He is responsible for aligning the company’s short term and long term strategies in the areas of human resources, business metrics, organizational strategies and financial budgets with the company’s overall vision and mission. Prior to BEPC Incorporated, Agmed worked in the Retail Industry for 28 years where he managed teams in 13 different major retail locations across South and Central Texas to meet company expectations in sales, asset protection, budgets, opening of new locations, updating of existing locations, finding new talent and the development of existing talent.

Agmed attended Angelo State University where he majored in Business Management. During his free time, he likes to golf and spend time with his wife Alicia and their 3 sons. 

Alma A. Mcleroy, TSC, CSP - Human Resources and Compliance Director

Alma is a Certified Paralegal majoring in the fields of Medical, Legal, Technical Engineering, and Computer Technologies.  Alma was the CEO and founder of Language and Mediation Services in which she provided services as a Certified Mediator, Translator, Interpreter, and Transcriber for Federal, State and Municipal Courts as well as other government agencies within the United States and the Republic of Mexico. She graduated from the School of Hospitality from IHG and obtained Certifications in Revenue Management and Director of Sales.  Her most recent accomplishment is her American Staffing Association Certification as Technical Services Certification and Certified Staffing Professional.

Alma enjoys baking with her granddaughter and reading autobiographies.

Pete Santiago-Recruiting and Training Director (BEPC Inc.)

During his military time in the US Army (20 years), Pete served as a Ground Surveillance Systems Platoon Sergeant in numerous locations and finished his career as a Center Commander of the San Angelo Recruiting Station.  He brings to BEPC Inc.15+ years of recruiting, training, and human resource management experience.

Pete received his Bachelors of Arts from Liberty University in Interdisciplinary studies with a Minor in Psychology, and is currently enrolled in Norwich University pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership. 

 Johnny Silvas-Special Projects Manager (BEPC Inc.)

Johnny has lived in San Angelo for over 45 years. He has been the Human Resources Manager for BEPC, Inc. for the past two years. He is a proud product of The Boys & Girls Club of San Angelo and received his education from Central High School and Angelo State University, where he majored in Business Administration. He is often involved in the community through various non-profit organizations, including West Texas C.R.E.O. (past president), Tom Green County Coalition Against Violence, Member of the Chamber of Commerce Diversity Committee, Former Member of the Mayor’s Race Relations Task Force, Former Member of the City Recreation Advisory Board, Former Unit Board Member of the South Side Boys and Girls Club, Current President of the Boys and Girls Club Alumni Association. Johnny also served 3 years on the San Angelo I.S.D. School Board of Trustees and is currently in his fourth term as a member of the San Angelo City Council, representing Single Member District #3.

Oscar Sosa-Senior Technical Recruiter (BEPC Inc.)

Oscar began his career in staffing as a full cycle recruiter in 2006. Since then he has worked in in several capacities including Recruiting Supervisor, Recruiting Manager, and Senior Technical Recruiter. Before beginning his career in the staffing industry, he worked as an Operations Analyst in the federal courts system and as a Supervisor in the retail industry. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands in California.

Outside of work, Oscar enjoys cooking, hiking, running, reading, and spending time with his family.

Liza Ann Dennis-Director of Marketing/New Business Development (BEPC Inc.)

Liza comes to BEPC Inc., with a background in healthcare, non-profit, and also has worked for the State of Texas Epidemiology, Emergency Response Team. Liza brings to BEPC a background in healthcare, business, and management; she enjoys networking, negotiating, and exploring new business development opportunities when it comes to the expansion and penetration of new business growth.

Liza prides herself in the commitment of maintaining a customer centric approach to current and potential customers both in the US and abroad.

Liza is a continued and devoted learner towards self-development; she enjoys spending time with her daughter who attends the University of North Texas.

Virginia Flores-AP/AR Manager (BEPC Inc.)

Virginia brings 31 years of telecommunications experience representing a Fortune 100 company as a Domestic and International Industry Forum Manger in the field of Regulatory Compliance. She joined American Airlines team assisting the Elite Members in the Advantage Customer Service Department. Virginia has 8 years’ experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Virginia enjoys traveling, visiting museums, and spending quality time with family.

Efrain Martinez-International Accounting Manager (BEPC Inc.)

Efrain brings to BEPC 20 plus years of professional experience in Finance, Information Technology, and Engineering. He’s knowledgeable in all aspects of Mexican labor laws and government regulations. Attains a strong solid background in the analysis and preparation of financial reports and budgets for multinational operating companies.

Efrain received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Autonoma University of Coahuila.
